A real estate team was managing deals across spreadsheets, shared files and separate tools. Keeping track of each property, its clients and the next step meant piecing together information and asking colleagues for updates.
We designed and built a custom internal platform that brings the process into one workspace. The team can follow deals through a visual pipeline, connect clients to properties, review profitability and work through the checklists needed to move each deal forward.
We also built AI that evaluates each property and recommends whether it looks like a good deal. Alongside a clearer view of progress, the team now has an assessment to help decide which opportunities deserve a closer look.

We organised the work into a visual pipeline. Each card brings together the property, the person responsible, its current stage and the latest update, so the team can understand the situation before opening the full record.
Moving a deal forward brings up the information needed for that stage. Prompts and checklists help people follow the process without having to remember every detail.

Property information, photographs, contacts and notes sit together in a structured record. Clear tabs keep the overview easy to scan while leaving room for the detail behind a decision.
We brought the profitability calculator and financial overview into that same record, and built AI that evaluates each property and indicates whether it looks like a good deal. The team can review the recommendation alongside the figures and property details before deciding how to proceed.
The interface adapts to smaller screens, keeping the same information accessible when someone is away from their desk. A shared record gives colleagues the context they need without asking for a separate update.

We linked people to their deals and property history. The team can move from a contact to the relevant property, see previous notes and understand the relationship without piecing it together across separate tools.
Search and filters make the contact list easier to work through. Mapping the process helped us connect these records to the steps people actually take, from a first enquiry to a completed deal.

We started by walking through the team’s existing work, then tested clickable wireframes with employees. Their feedback helped us simplify navigation and put the most useful information where people expected to find it.
A focused first version gave the team a working foundation. We refined the experience around real use, keeping everyday tasks straightforward as the platform developed.

The platform gives the team a shared place to manage property deals and the information behind them.
Connected records, guided steps and an activity history help colleagues stay informed and pick up the next task with the context already in front of them.
