Let's turn complexity into your advantage.

It is a free, 30-minute conversation with Ondrej, our CEO. We discuss your priorities, budget and timing, explain how we work and see whether we are a good fit. You do not need a presentation or a finished brief, and there is no commitment.

We agree on the next step together. If the scope is clear, we can prepare a proposal. If there are still important unknowns, we may suggest a focused discovery phase first. You will know what is included, what it costs and what you will receive before agreeing to any work.

The budget depends on the scope and the work involved, so we estimate it after understanding your priorities. Sharing a budget range helps us propose a realistic first phase and explain what can come later. If you are unsure, we can help you compare options before you commit.

We confirm our availability during the initial conversations and set out the timeline in the proposal. It covers design, development, testing and rollout, including time for your feedback. If you have a fixed deadline, tell us early so we can agree on a realistic scope for that date.

We need a main point of contact who can make decisions, plus access to the people who know the day-to-day work. Your team joins key discussions, reviews designs and tests what we build. We agree on check-ins and feedback points at the start so you can plan the time.

We plan the handover, rollout and any ongoing support with you before launch. That can include helping your team get started, maintenance and further improvements. We agree on the scope and cost of ongoing work separately, with real usage and feedback guiding what comes next.
